Through the Transparency Portal of Domigo Ponce SL, you can access all the public information of this entity. Law 12/2014, of December 26, on transparency and access to public information  (link)

  • The purpose of the law is to regulate the transparency of public activity and the exercise of the right of access to public information within the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands.
    • In terms of its subjective scope of application, it includes both the Public Administration of the Autonomous Community and the public and private entities linked to or dependent on it. In addition, with regard to their activity subject to administrative law, the statutory institutions are subject to the provisions of the law.
    • Together with this, the obligation to publish the information established in title II is included, with the necessary adaptations, from political parties, trade unions and business organizations, as well as from other private entities that they receive during a period of one year. public aid or subsidies financed from the Budgets of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, when the aid or subsidies they receive exceed 60,000 euros or when they represent at least 30% of their total annual income, provided they reach at least the amount of 5,000 euros.
